A recently renovated stone house of approximately 130m2 in the village of Mesa Mouliana, 25 kilometres from Sitia on the main Sitia -Heraklion road, is offered for sale.

The house, which is entered from the street into a very private courtyard, has been renovated in traditional Cretan style with some original features retained. Both rooms lead out onto the lovely wraparound balcony from where you have a distant view of the sea and a wonderful panoramic view of the countryside. The balcony would be a great place to spend those warm summer evenings with enough space for a table and chairs and a bbq. Drinking a cold beer whilst gazing at the scenery takes some beating and Crete has lots of warm nights to let you practise.

Water and electricity are connected so the house is ready to move into.

The village is quiet, traditional and the villagers are a friendly bunch. This property is towards the back of the village in the maze of narrow streets. This means that there is no passing traffic. In the village there are all of the essentials for every day living -tavernas, kafeneio and a shop. Sitia and all of its shops, restaurants and supermarkets is a 25 minute drive away.

The price being asked is a bargain for such a large renovated house but the owner has stated that he would still be prepared to consider reasonable offers near to the asking price. Now would be a very good time to put him to the test.
